Mexican Stew

A homeschool friend shared this on Facebook. Yummy!

2 cans Mexican tomatoes
2 cans black beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup salsa
1 package frozen sweet corn (I used canned as that is what I had on hand)
3 potatoes peeled & cubed
2 cups of water
4 beef bouillon cubes
3 packages taco seasoning
2 Tbsp of garlic powder
1 package of round steak cut into bite size


Put all into crock pot for 8 hours
Serve with tortilla chips, cheese & sour cream
Now, my crock pot is smaller than hers so it didn't fit. I put it all in my large roast pan and baked it. 
Perfect for a cold winter's night - Enjoy!
