Outside my window... It's dark. Getting to be bedtime.

I am thankful... That Good Ole Boy GOT A NEW JOB! WooHoo! :D
In the kitchen... Einstein is (still) working on dishes. How he can take such a simple chore and drag it out literally for hours is beyond me.....

I remember the first time I served my family dandelions. I was fourteen and absolutely ecstatic. They were...decidedly less enthused. Thinking back, I sold it all wrong. Had I just prepared the meal and served it nonchalantly, they probably wouldn't have thought twice about the tangy greens mixed in with the rest of the salad greens. As it was, they eyed my salads with suspicion for months afterwards.
