Book Review - The Icecutter's Daughter

Land of Shining Water, Book #1
Tracie Peterson

The Icecuter's Daughter is a wonderful book, although I love Tracie Peterson so it wasn't a huge surprise that I would enjoy this one as well, but I was surprised that I finished it in a weekend.

Merrill was raised by her father and brothers after her mother past away. She was more than a bit of a tomboy, helping with horses and out on the ice. Then she meets Rurik. Rurik who faces a huge scandal.

I could relate to Merrill in many ways and was intrigued by what was unfolding with Rurik. A wonderful blend of romance and history all while keeping God in the center.

**I received this book free in exchange for my honest review.
