Are you prepared?

Goodole Boy, Einstein, Sis & I just had CPR/First Aid and AED training last week. 

Very important to know WHAT to do WHEN.

But it's just as important to have supplies handy.

Do you have a first aid kit? 

We struggle in keeping Band-aids stocked, cuz you know when you have kids EVERYTHING feels better with a band-aid...
