Sounds funny doesn't it?<br />I've been looking into Nourishing Traditions style cooking.<br />I've learned that by soaking grains, it neutralizes the phytic acid and helps break down starches to help in digestion. Soaking, fermenting, etc. all do this. And I'm sure I haven't described it properly! But I thought I'd try it and searched for a pancake recipe.<br />The recipe I've used was found here - <br />http://www.prudentandpractical.com/more-pancakes/<br />I'm still trying to get the flour soaking overnight. Thus far, I forget so it's only soaking for a few hours in the morning (so not enough to do what it's supposed to)but they are yummy!
